Artereal Gallery and dLux MediaArts are proud to present IS THIS ART?
A ground breaking quarterly screening program of moving image works, IS THIS ART? aims to link art audiences with exciting new works by emerging creative practitioners. Viewers will be presented with curated programs of student works, drawn from the disciplines of film, video art and other time-based mediums.
The quarterly event will also incorporate video artworks by established contemporary artists from the Artereal stable. Audiences will benefit from an opportunity to revisit well-known and new works by established contemporary Australian video artists, as well as discover the latest works by emerging practitioners.
IS THIS ART? August 2014 presents work by DAVID ASHER BROOK, SHOUFAY DERZ, KIERAN GILFEATHER, DAVID GREENHALGH, EMMA HICKS, SHIVANJANI LAI, BRIGETTE LUCAS, MINIATURE MALEKPOUR, KELLIE O'DEMPSEY, NINA ROSS and, GRANT STEWART.
