A complex drama based upon an oral tale from Turkey. A tale that outlines a domestic Turkish relationship in an Anglo-Saxon context. An isolated mother living against overt sexism and a fascist regime murders her child by placing a slug up his nostril which gradually eats away his brain. Strange and unusual but a most effective drama with an adequate ambient soundtrack.
