Desde la memoria recalls memories of the Spanish Civil War and the Franco dictatorship. Excerpts from interviews with witnesses coupled with archive material and images of daily life in Spain have been merged into an experimental montage. Picture and sound fragments are associatively related, evoking a collective stream of memories and the misery of war and oppression.
