David Cranswick

David Cranswick was appointed Director of dLux media arts in March 2003. Prior to this appointment worked both as a Curator and artist in Western Sydney for over ten years. He was Curator of the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre in Liverpool (NSW) from 1998 - 2003.

In this time he was responsible for the curation and production of an innovative exhibition program which was built on a strong commitment to community cultural development and engagement with diverse audiences and communities.

While Director of Streetlevel, an artist run Space in Blacktown NSW, he initiated the Cybercultures Project with Kathy Cleland. David has also served on the National Executive of NAVA and on the Board of Artspace
