Paul Andrew is a media content producer, practising and exhibiting artist since 1984. His work includes an active engagement in Artist-Run Space initiatives in Australia since 1985, collaborations with artists, filmmakers, photographers, actors, writers and designers. Using and blending super 8 film, video, oral history and audio work for photographic installations. Volunteering for community-based initiatives including Queer TV in Sydney and the Melbourne Queer Film Festival also informs his work. Portraiture, Memory, Belonging, Same-sex activism and reimagining analogue technologies with digital manipulation are key tenets of his practice.
